This article analyzes the harmonious formation of intellectual and spiritual culture within the educational process as a primary condition for ensuring professional development. It also explains the substance of pedagogical factors and innovative approaches that facilitate this harmony. The study provides a theoretical and practical justification for the components of the professional development model, the mechanisms for its design, and its practical effectiveness indicators.
