Advances in the fields of digital technologies and artificial intelligence have been widely used in the public administration system in recent years. In particular, the role of modern information technologies in optimizing public spending and rational use of financial resources has increased dramatically. This article discusses the potential of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in increasing economic efficiency, their role in the effective allocation of budget funds, as well as the possibilities of real-time monitoring and forecasting. The analysis shows that digital solutions serve as an important tool in ensuring the transparency of public spending, reducing bureaucratic obstacles and reducing the risk of corruption. Systems based on artificial intelligence help clarify spending, prevent excessive and duplicate financing. The article examines the effectiveness of digital technologies in managing public spending on the example of foreign and domestic experiences. It also analyzes the infrastructure, legal framework and human capital needed for the integration of AI (artificial intelligence) platforms in the public sector. Based on the research results, practical recommendations are given on optimizing public spending in the conditions of Uzbekistan. In the current era of digitalization, one of the pressing issues is the effective conduct of state financial policy, especially the stabilization of budget revenues through the improvement of tax policy. Tax policy is a strategic tool aimed at ensuring economic stability by the state through the determination, collection and control of taxes, and digital technologies make this system more transparent, consistent and effective. This article comprehensively analyzes the issues of modernizing tax policy using digital technologies, factors affecting the increase in budget revenues, preventing illegal situations through the digitization of tax information, and expanding the tax base. During the study, international experience was studied and advanced approaches that can be applied in the conditions of Uzbekistan are recommended. Special attention is also paid to the existing problems in the digitization of tax infrastructure and ways to overcome them. The article shows on a scientific basis that the combination of economics and information technologies can serve to bring state financial management to a new level. As a result, the openness and fairness of tax policy will increase, and citizens' trust in the state will be strengthened.

The continuous evolution of global financial markets has heightened the need for commercial banks to operate efficiently, particularly in how they manage and allocate their assets. This paper presents an econometric analysis of bank assets to assess their role in enhancing the efficiency of commercial banks. Using panel data from a selected group of commercial banks over a decade, we apply econometric models including Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) to evaluate asset allocation efficiency and productivity. The study demonstrates that the efficient deployment of assets such as loans, investments, and reserves significantly influences profitability, operational performance, and risk mitigation. Furthermore, we find that technological advancement, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices play mediating roles in determining the impact of asset structures on banking efficiency. The paper concludes by offering strategic policy implications for asset management to optimize bank performance in dynamic market environments.

This article analyzes the linguistic features of metaphorical expressions found in cumulative tales, one of the important genres of Uzbek folk oral literature. During the study, not only the artistic and aesthetic load of metaphors is determined, but also their semantic structure, structural model, pragmatic function and linguoculturological factors. The author pays special attention to the role of metaphors formed in cumulative tales through repeated plots and images in reflecting national thinking and mentality.

This article analyzes the possibilities of developing students' professional reflection and communicative competencies through the use of didactic drama technology in the process of pedagogical education. Didactic drama is highlighted as a method that activates personal and professional development through staging, situational games, role-playing and emotional-communicative experiences. The study was conducted on an experimental basis and it was found that professional reflection and communication skills significantly increased in the group where drama technology was used. It was observed that through drama classes, students developed the ability to understand their professional experience, manage emotional states and communicate effectively. The results confirm the scientific and practical significance of drama technology in the formation of professional and personal competencies in pedagogical education. At the end of the article, promising directions for the widespread introduction of drama technology into the educational process and future scientific research are recommended.
