Leadership competence is a crucial attribute for individuals seeking to navigate the complexities of higher education and beyond. This scientific article investigates the theoretical foundations of leadership competence in higher education students in Uzbekistan. Additionally, the study investigates the impact of academic experiences, extracurricular activities, and mentorship on the development of this essential attribute.
