The article discusses physiological, psychological, and pharmacological factors of sleep disorders, diagnostic methods, and therapeutic approaches (both pharmacological and non-pharmacological). It provides theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for identifying and managing sleep-related problems in pharmaceutical practice.
