AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO PEDAGOGICAL COLLABORATION FOR ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MUSIC EDUCATION IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION

This article explores an integrative approach to pedagogical collaboration aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of music education in pre-school education settings. The study analyzes the cooperative roles of music teachers and preschool educators in organizing and implementing musical activities that support children’s holistic development. Particular attention is given to how coordinated efforts in singing, rhythmic movement, music listening, and creative musical games contribute to the development of children’s emotional, cognitive, social, and creative abilities. The findings emphasize that effective collaboration between pedagogical staff ensures continuity between structured music lessons and daily educational activities, thereby increasing the overall quality and impact of music education. The article concludes that an integrative collaboration model significantly strengthens children’s engagement, creativity, and aesthetic perception in early childhood education.
