Abstract

Periferik nervlar shikastlanishi - travma, yallig‘lanish, metabolik buzilishlar yoki toksik omillar natijasida nerv tolalarining funksiyasining buzilishi bilan kechadigan murakkab klinik hodisa hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada periferik nervlarning anatomiya va fiziologiyasi, shikastlanish turlari, shuningdek ularning regeneratsiyasi va tiklanish mexanizmlari batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, periferik nervlarning tiklanishi ko‘p bosqichli jarayon bo‘lib, unda akson o‘sishi, miyelin qoplamining qayta tiklanishi va sinaptik aloqalarning restavratsiyasi muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Maqolada nerv shikastlanishini aniqlash usullari, konservativ va jarrohlik davolash metodlari hamda reabilitatsiya strategiyalari yoritilgan. Shu bilan birga, zamonaviy eksperimental va klinik tadqiqotlar natijalari asosida periferik nervlarni tiklash va ularning funksiyasini optimallashtirish yo‘llari tavsiya etiladi.
