Abstract
Jigar transplantatsiyasi yoki gepatik transplantatsiya – bu kasallangan jigarni boshqa odamning sog’lom jigariga almashtirish jarayoni. Jigar ko’chirib o’tkazish jigar yetishmovchiliging oxirgi bosqichi va o’tkir jigar yetishmovchiligi uchun davolash usuli hisoblanadi, biroq donor organning yetishmasligi asosiy to’siqlardan biridir. Jigar translaptatsiyasi qat’iy nazorat qilinadi va faqat maxsus transplantatsiya tibbiy markazlarida, yuqori malakali transplantatsiya shifokorlari tomonidan amalga oshiriladi. Ijobiy natijalarga erishish uchun bemorlarni sinchkovli bilan saralash shuningdek, tirik yoki vafot etganda donorning mosligi muhim ahamiyatga egadir
