Ushbu maqolada ayol kichik chanoq a’zolarining individual anatomik variantlari va ularning ginekologik jarrohlik amaliyotlaridagi ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Kichik chanoq sohasidagi qon tomirlar, siydik yo‘llari va nerv tutamlari joylashuvidagi o‘ziga xosliklar intraoperatsion asoratlar xavfini oshiruvchi asosiy omillar sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ayniqsa, bachadon arteriyasining siydik nayi bilan o‘zaro nisbati, tuxumdon arteriyalarining chiqish joylari va bachadon shaklidagi anomaliyalar jarrohlik yondashuvini tanlashda hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynashi yoritilgan. Maqolada operatsiya oldi diagnostika usullarining (MSKT, MRT) ahamiyati va murakkab anatomik vaziyatlarda asoratlarni minimallashtirish strategiyalari keltirilgan.
