Abstract

This article examines the fundamental principles and methodological foundations for organizing management activities in preschool educational institutions. Particular attention is given to modern approaches to managing preschool education, ways to enhance the efficiency of management processes, and the development of collaboration within the pedagogical team.  The article also analyzes the application of innovative management methods in practice and methodological approaches to planning pedagogical activities. The findings of this study aim to improve the effectiveness of the educational process.
