Autizm spektr buzilishi (ASD) murakkab nevro-rivojlanish kasalligi bo‘lib, uning etiologiyasi genetik, epigenetik va atrof-muhit omillariga bog‘liq. So‘nggi yillarda ichak mikrobiotasi va markaziy asab tizimi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik — ichak–miya o‘qi alohida e’tibor qozonmoqda. Ushbu maqolada mikrobiota tarkibidagi o‘zgarishlar, ularning metabolik mahsulotlari, immun tizimi orqali ta’siri hamda autizm patogenezidagi o‘rni keng yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mikrobiotaga yo‘naltirilgan innovatsion davolash usullari tahlil qilinadi.
