Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inson organizmining ichki muhiti ko‘p komponentli va ko‘p fazali eritma sistemasi sifatida fundamental tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning markaziy nuqtasi — ichak mikrobiotasining metabolik faoliyati natijasida hosil bo‘ladigan organik kislotalarning (SCFA) qon va to‘qima suyuqliklari pH muvozanatiga ta’siri biokimyoviy nuqtai nazardan ochib beriladi. Maqolada eritma tushunchasi klassik kimyoviy tushunchadan tizimli gomeostazning poydevori darajasiga ko‘tariladi. Mikrobiota tomonidan ishlab chiqarilgan metabolitlar nafaqat mahalliy muhitni, balki butun organizmning elektrokimyoviy potensialini va bufer sig‘imini qanday qilib qayta shakllantirishi biokimyoviy kashfiyot prizmasi orqali yoritiladi. Bu yondashuv zamonaviy tibbiyot va kimyo chorrahasida gomeostazga yangicha qarash imkonini beradi.
