Ushbu maqolada Syzygium aromaticum L. (qalampirmunchoq) o‘simligi tarkibidagi suvda eruvchan vitaminlarni aniqlashning zamonaviy analitik usullari adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida С vitamini va B guruhi vitaminlarining inson organizmidagi biologik ahamiyati, ularning antioksidant xususiyatlari hamda metabolik jarayonlardagi roli yoritildi. Shuningdek, tahlil natijalari ushbu yo‘nalishda tadqiqotlar yetarli emasligini, ayniqsa ekstraksiya sharoitlari va tahlil parametrlarining optimallashtirilishi dolzarb masala ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar Syzygium aromaticum L. o‘simligini suvda eruvchan vitaminlarning istiqbolli tabiiy manbai sifatida baholash va uni farmatsevtika hamda nutrasevtika sohalarida qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini ilmiy asoslashga xizmat qiladi.
