BAKTERIAL VA VIRUSLI MENINGITLARDA IMMUNOGLOBULINLAR DINAMIKASI, MIKROBIOLOGIK VA IMMUNOLOGIK TAHLILI

Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy maqola bakterial va virusli meningitlarda immunoglobulinlarning (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgE va IgD) dinamik o‘zgarishlari, shuningdek kasallikning mikrobiologik va immunologik asoslarini chuqur tahlil qiladi. Meningit etiologiyasi mikroorganizmlar turiga qarab keskin farq qiladi va har bir patogen o‘ziga xos immun javob shakllanishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Maqolada bakterial meningitlarda erta va kuchli yallig‘lanish mediatorlari, likvorda IgM va IgG ning keskin ko‘tarilishi, komplement tizimi faollashuvi, neyroinvaziya mexanizmlari va sepsis bilan bog‘liq immun disregulyatsiya jarayonlari izohlanadi. Virusli meningitlarda esa interferonlar dominanti, likvorda IgG sintezi, intratekal indeksning oshishi, T-limfotsitlar o‘rtasidagi muvozanat, patogen-spetsifik antitanachalar hosil bo‘lishi va immun xotira shakllanishi yoritildi. Tadqiqotda turli mikrobiologik usullar bakteriologik ekish, lateks-agglutinatsiya, PCR, serotiplash, virusning genetik tipizatsiyasi - immunologik tahlillar ELISA, nefelometriya, immunoblot, intratekal IgG indeksini hisoblash bilan bog‘langan holda taxlil qilindi. Shuningdek, kasallikning yengil, o‘rta va og‘ir kechishida immunoglobulinlarning dinamik profili, yoshga oid farqlar, perinatal meningitlar, autoimmun asoratlar va immun tizimning qayta tiklanish bosqichlari ilmiy adabiyotlar va statistik ma’lumotlar asosida sharhlanadi. Maqola meningit diagnostikasida immunoglobulinlar roli, likvor-qon to‘sig‘i buzilishi bilan bog‘liq immun hodisalar, neyroinflammasiya mexanizmlari va zamonaviy laborator diagnostika texnologiyalarining ustunliklarini ta’kidlaydi. Amaliy jihatdan, ish bakterial va virusli meningitlarni erta aniqlash, differensial diagnostika, immunologik monitoring, davolash samaradorligini baholash va prognozlash uchun klinik ahamiyatga ega ilmiy xulosalarni taklif etadi.
