Abstract

Yurak–qon tomir tizimi kasalliklari YuQTK dunyo bo‘yicha o‘lim va nogironlikning yetakchi sabablaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada yurak va qon tomir tizimining normal fiziologiyasi, gemodinamika qonuniyatlari hamda yurak faoliyatining nerv-gumoral boshqarilishi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, arterial gipertenziya, ishemik yurak kasalligi, yurak yetishmovchiligi va ateroskleroz kabi asosiy patologiyalarning rivojlanishida yuzaga keladigan fiziologik buzilishlar tahlil qilingan. Maqolada yurak qisqaruvchanligining o‘zgarishi, periferik qon tomir qarshiligining ortishi, qon hajmi va yurak chiqish hajmidagi siljishlar kasalliklarning patogenezidagi asosiy mexanizmlar sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Bundan tashqari, renin–angiotenzin–aldosteron tizimi, simpatik asab tizimi va endotelial disfunksiyaning yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari rivojidagi o‘rni ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Ushbu maqola yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining fiziologik asoslarini chuqur tushunishga yordam berib, ularning oldini olish va davolash strategiyalarini asoslashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
