Abstract
This article is devoted to the issues of improving the organizational and legal aspects of ensuring public safety. It analyzes ways to ensure security by optimizing the activities of law enforcement agencies, strengthening the legislative framework, and enhancing the participation of civil society. The article focuses on the reforms being implemented in our country, the need to improve organizational mechanisms, and the practical application of legal norms. Issues of increasing the legal culture of citizens, ensuring transparency and accountability will also be considered.
