This article examines the medical aspects of modern pop music's impact on humans. It analyzes the physiological, psychological, and neurocognitive effects of musical influence, the specifics of the impact of various musical characteristics on health status, as well as the potential risks and therapeutic possibilities of modern popular music. Special attention is paid to issues of auditory safety, emotional well-being, and the use of musical technologies in treatment and rehabilitation practice.
