The article, in a comparative vein, scientifically substantiates the views on existence and knowledge in the heritage of Abu Rayhan Beruni and Abu Ali ibn Sina. From the history of philosophy we know that there were different views and teachings about existence. The concept of existence is a comprehensive concept, a universal philosophical concept, including materiality and spirituality, past and future, objective and subjective reality, death and life, spirit and body.

В данной работе изучено особенности эхокардиографических параметров линейных размеров левого и правого предсердия у больных с «идиопатической» фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП), и ФП на фоне артериальной гипертензии. Данное исследование проводилось на базе Самаркандского регионального филиала Республиканского специализированного научного-практического медицинского центра кардиологии (СРФ РСНПМЦК). В исследование были включены 97 пациента госпитализированных в отделениях аритмологии и артериальной гипертензии. Все больные в зависимости от клинического диагноза были разделены на 2 группы. В 1-ю группу основную были включены 55 больных с ФП разной этиологии (25 с «идиопатической» ФП и 30 с ФП на фоне АГ), средний возраст составил 53,5 ± 6,6 года. Во 2-ю группу сравнительную вошли 42 больных (30-АГ без нарушения ритма сердца (НРС) и 12-практически здоровые лица), средний возраст 52,2 ±6,7 года. При оценке размеров ЛП выявлены признаки его дилатации во всех группах с изучаемой патологией в сравнении с практически здоровыми. У больных с «идиопатической» ФП в меньшей степени наблюдалась дилатация ЛП. У всех обследованных больных с АГ имеются признаки дилатации ЛП, но значимо более выраженные при сочетании её с ФП.

В данной статье оценено госпитальный этап лечения инфаркта миокарда с позицией коморбидности у мужчин и женщин моложе 60 лет. В исследование были включены 70 больных с ОИМпST в возрасте от 25 до 59 лет, средний возраст 45,2±8,8 года госпитализированных в отделениях острый коронарный синдром и ишемической болезни сердца и кардиореанимации Самаркандского регионального филиала Республиканского научно-практического медицинского центра кардиологии (СРФ РНПМЦК). Большинство больных (87,4%) были мужчинами (46 против 24). Среди пациентов с ИМ моложе 60 лет коморбидность регистрировалась более чем в половине случаев как у мужчин, так и у женщин, но только у мужчин достоверно влияет на снижение частоты выполнения ЧКВ и госпитальный прогноз. Коморбидность, сопоставимая со шкалой GRACE, прогнозирует госпитальную летальность.

В данной работе оценено эхокардиографическех признаки ремоделирования миокарда левого желудочка у больных с острым инфарктом миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST (ОИМпST) в зависимости от наличия ожирения. Исследование проводилось на базе Самаркандского регионального филиала Республиканского специализированного научного-практического медицинского центра кардиологии (СРФ РСНПМЦК). В исследование были включены 91 пациента госпитализированных в отделениях ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) и острый коронарный синдром (ОКС). Средний возраст больных составил 57±7,4 лет. Из 91 больных мужчины составили 64 (79%) больных и женщин 27 (21%). Все больные в зависимости от индекса массы тела были разделены на 2 группы: в 1-ю группу вошли 62 (76,5%) больных с ОИМпST без ожирения (ИМТ < 30 кг/м²), во 2-ю группу вошли 29 (23,6%) больных с ОИМпST с ожирением (ИМТ  ≥ 30 кг/м²), р<0,01. У пациентов с ОИМпST и сопутствующим ожирением процент фиброзного ремоделирования миокарда достоверно выше, что повлияло на тяжесть хронической сердечной недостаточности через год.

In order to study the health status of children born with intrauterine pneumonia , an assessment was made of the health status of 36 children in the early neonatal period ( the main group - 16 children , the control group - 20 children born with intrauterine pneumonia , and the obstetric and gynecological history of their mothers . As a result of the study , it was found that in newborns with congenital pneumonia , the frequency of organic pathology of the central nervous system is high .
