MATERNAL MORTALITY - A PROBLEM OF MODERN MEDICINE

Abstract
Maternal mortality is an indicator that characterizes the activities of the health service for women and children. The article analyzes the maternal mortality in the Samarkand region of the Republic of Uzbekistan over the past 5 years and gives ways to reduce it.
