The article is devoted to the first defoliation and its effects on soybean variety "Ustoz MM-60" planted as a main crop in the conditions of meadow-gray soils of Andijan region. In addition, the result of the application of UzDEF defoliant at different rates and the application of 6 liters per hectare showed the highest result for soybean leaf shedding.

The article presents a comparative analysis of clinical cases of exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis in pregnant women at different stages of pregnancy. The phenomena of comorbidity and manifestations of exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis were studied. As a result of the study, it was determined that exacerbation of CP occurs more often in the second trimester of pregnancy, a contributing factor is not only a mechanical obstruction of the outflow of urine, but also hormonal changes in pregnant women. Summarizing the data, we can say that pregnancy and CP mutually aggravate each other and contribute to the development of a comorbid background.

Changes in the gut microbiome were studied for lipid metabolism, increased trimethylamine N oxide, short-chain peptides, and cholesterol homeostasis through the enterohepatic circulation. Probiotic use has been shown to increase Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species in the gut microbiota and decrease cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, and triglycerides.

В период с 2020-2021 годов мы обследовали 53 пациента, обратившихся в ЛОР-отделение Бухарский областной детский многопрофильный медицинский центр. Из них 32 человека страдали хроническим гнойным средним отитом и 21 человек-острым гнойным средним отитом. Все пациенты прошли стандартное обследование: уточнение жалоб и анамнестических данных. Обследование ЛОР-органов проводилось по общепринятой схеме. Мы также изучили показатели местного иммунитета слизистых оболочек среднего уха с помощью иммуногистохимических исследований с антителами к Т-хелперным лимфоцитам (CD4 +), супрессорным Т-лимфоцитам (CD8 +) и В-лимфоцитам (CD20) у пациентов разных групп. Показатели местного иммунитета слизистой оболочки среднего уха в первые две недели острого гнойного среднего отита соответствуют адекватной реакции местного иммунитета на инфекционный агент; третья неделя характеризуется дисбалансом местной иммунной защиты, что свидетельствует о высокой активности воспалительного процесса, являющегося этапным этапом в течении заболевания.

АГ является одной из наиболее значимых проблем современного здравоохранения. Это объясняется широким распространением этого заболевания, высоким числом осложнений   в виде инфаркта миокарда и мозгового инсульта, а так же большим количеством смертельных исходов и инвалидности связанных с АГ. АГ наносит большой экономический и социальный ущерб. Существенно страдает качество жизни населения страдающего АГ.
