SENTENCE STRUCTURE AND SYNTACTIC FUNCTIONS IN ENGLISH GRAMMAR

Abstract
This article examines the fundamental principles of sentence structure and syntactic functions in English grammar. It explores how words combine to form meaningful units, the role of phrases and clauses, and the ways syntactic functions contribute to clear communication. The study highlights contemporary linguistic perspectives and demonstrates how understanding syntax improves language proficiency and analytical skills.
