This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological foundations of intellectual education in the process of school preparation. It highlights children's intellectual development, their readiness for learning, and the role of teachers and parents in this process. From a scientific perspective, the positive impact of intellectual education on the development of thinking, perception, memory, and speech in preschool children is substantiated.
