Abstract

This article focuses on the study of employment issues in Uzbekistan. It analyzes the current state of the labor market, existing challenges, and effective ways to increase employment. Employment, as a key component of Uzbekistan’s economy, is rapidly evolving under the influence of demographic changes, technological advancements, and economic reforms. The article examines issues such as the formal and informal sectors of the labor market, job distribution, youth employment, and the shortage of skilled workers. Additionally, it presents proposals and strategies to enhance employment through the development of the digital economy, educational reforms, and entrepreneurship promotion. The article discusses the prospects of Uzbekistan’s labor market, strategies for increasing employment, and necessary measures to ensure economic stability and social well-being.
