Abstract
This article highlights the general state, challenges, and prospects of employment in Uzbekistan. As one of the leading countries in Central Asia, Uzbekistan prioritizes employment as a key area of state policy. Demographic growth rates, economic development, and employment policies play a decisive role in this matter.
