This article explores the importance of guides in the development of the tourism industry. The guide should ensure that in the course of the excursion, the excavators will be able to think in harmony, analyze, express sympathy, unite in their interests and become a team. The guide should focus on not only educational, but also educational aspects of the excursion service.
