IMPLEMENTATION OF BIM TECHNOLOGIES IN INVESTMENT PROJECTS

The maturity level of information modeling technologies for real estate objects is considered. The main criteria for the effective introduction of BIM technologies have been determined. It is proposed to classify investments at different stages of BIM technology implementation projects.
