This article discusses the ongoing work on improving the competitiveness management mechanisms of regional higher education institutions and their relevance. Today, whether it is easier to get into higher education or vice versa, whether higher education is paying off or not, how important are the changes in higher education, the opportunities that are being created, and the competition in the field of education in general about the occupation of rin is explained through this article.
