The authors performed a histomorphological analysis of 20 mice which were fed in laboratory condition in the period from 2022-2023. During the research normal histomorphology of normal tail mouse skin was observed and compared with the normal skin of human. The results of the study showed that there are some differences in the shape and thickness of epidermis layer and the amount of sweat glands. Although huge differences were observed during the research, some similarity in overall morphology (layers, blood vessels) and sebaceous glands were recorded.
