Abstract

This article explores the significance of professional skills for teachers in preschool educational organizations. Drawing upon existing research and literature, the article examines the key competencies and abilities required of teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education. The identified professional skills encompass pedagogical knowledge, instructional strategies, classroom management, assessment techniques, social-emotional competence, and ongoing professional development.
