Abstract
In order to further improve the quality and effectiveness of preschool education in the preschool education system, the gradual introduction of the "Methodical Skills Day" and "Methodical Skills Hour" events for advanced training in preschool educational organizations, the organization of the "Methodical Skills Day" and "Methodical Skills Hour" events aimed at ensuring the continuity of professional development of pedagogical staff of preschool educational organizations, and improving the quality and effectiveness of educational processes in preschool educational organizations by regularly improving their professional knowledge, skills and abilities, was highlighted.
