COPD therapy includes pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches that can significantly reduce clinical symptoms and reduce the frequency of exacerbations of the disease.  Mucolytic  therapy such as N-acetylcysteine, ambroxol, or carbocysteine may also be considered in patients with chronic bronchitis. Our study showed that when N-acetylcysteine was included in the complex treatment of moderate COPD in the acute stage, SpO2 levels significantly increased, shortness of breath, cough symptoms and the amount of sputum excreted decreased, which significantly improves the clinical picture and quality of life of patients.

Gastroschisis and omphalocele are the main diagnostic methods, ultrasound and molecular genetic methods for examining the fetus. But the existing diagnostic methods do not have high specificity, which requires their improvement. The article presents data on the results of treatment of children with acute catarrhal laryngitis in the city of Samarkand using two treatment methods. The article presents the results of the study on the evaluation of the effect of autoimmune thyroiditis on the pregnancy process and on the fetus in the endemic zone. Work was carried out on the basis of the maternity complex and gynecology department of the 1st clinic of Samarkand State Medical University. 40 women were examined and divided into 2 subgroups. The study showed that in the presence of iodine deficiency in pregnant women with autoimmune thyroiditis, subclinical hypothyroidism occurs and the risk of early miscarriage and preterm birth is significantly increased. Development delay and manifestation of hypoxic condition are observed in the fetus.

In this study we studied protein and micro and macro element constituents of Calendula officinalis, and results have shown it contains ample amount of protein and elements.
