Ushbu maqolada sport faoliyati jarayonida mushaklarning moslashuv mexanizmlari, ularning fiziologik, biokimyoviy va morfologik o‘zgarishlari tahlil qilinadi. Mashg‘ulot yuklamalarining davomiyligi, intensivligi va turiga qarab mushak to‘qimalarida sodir bo‘ladigan moslashuv reaksiyalari, jumladan, gipertrofiya, mitoxondriyalarning ko‘payishi, ferment faolligining ortishi hamda energiya almashinuvining takomillashuvi yoritiladi. Shuningdek, mushaklarning chidamlilik, kuch va tezlikka moslashish jarayonlarining ilmiy asoslari va amaliy ahamiyati ko‘rsatib beriladi.
