Abstract

This article explores the world of collagen, its structure, types, role in maintaining skin elasticity and firmness, factors that contribute to its decline, the effects of collagen on skin aging and common signs of depletion, and the benefits of collagen in skin care products. we discuss natural ways to stimulate collagen synthesis for optimal health.
