MODERN DIAGNOSIS AND PREVENTION OF GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES

Gastrointestinal diseases are among the most common disorders encountered in modern medical practice. Gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and functional dyspepsia can significantly affect patients’ quality of life and, in some cases, lead to serious complications. This article reviews the major risk factors, clinical manifestations, modern diagnostic approaches, and preventive strategies associated with gastrointestinal diseases. Early diagnosis, a balanced diet, regular physical activity, avoidance of harmful habits, and appropriate medical supervision are important components in reducing the risk of complications and improving patient outcomes.
