Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Capsicum annuum (qalampir munchoq) o‘simligining kimyoviy tarkibi, bioaktiv komponentlari hamda ularning inson organizmiga farmakologik ta’siri kompleks tarzda tahlil qilingan. O‘simlik tarkibida mavjud kapsaisin, flavonoidlar, karotenoidlar, vitaminlar (A, C, E) va mineral moddalar (kaliy, magniy, kaltsiy)ning biologik faolligi ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari qalampir munchoqning antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, antimikrob va metabolik jarayonlarni tartibga soluvchi xususiyatlarga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, ushbu o‘simlikning stomatologiya, otolaringologiya, gastroenterologiya, travmatologiya, ginekologiya va onkologiya sohalarida qo‘llanilish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinib, uning terapevtik va profilaktik ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Qalampir munchoqning muntazam va me’yoriy iste’moli yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, metabolik sindrom, qandli diabet, surunkali yallig‘lanish jarayonlari hamda oksidativ stress bilan bog‘liq patologiyalarning oldini olishda muhim omil sifatida baholanadi. Tadqiqot davomida olingan natijalar Capsicum annuum ni nafaqat oziq-ovqat mahsuloti, balki funksional oziq-ovqat va tabiiy farmakologik vosita sifatida qo‘llash istiqbollarini ko‘rsatadi. Shu bilan birga, uning biologik ta’siri dozasiga bog‘liq holda baholanishi va klinik amaliyotda ehtiyotkorlik bilan qo‘llanishi zarurligi ta’kidlanadi.
