This article explores the psychological portrait of the modern teacher, analyzing the key personal qualities that define effective teachers in today's rapidly evolving educational landscape. Given the diverse needs of students and contemporary challenges such as the integration of technology into the classroom, teachers are required to possess not only traditional pedagogical skills, but also a number of psychological qualities. Key qualities such as emotional intelligence, self-regulation, empathy, and flexibility are considered in the context of their impact on student engagement and classroom management.
