Article the issues of the formation and development of the preliminary investigation institute in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan are studied as an object of research, the problems in the formation of the professional legal consciousness of investigators are analyzed in an epistemological way, and the factors affecting the professional legal consciousness of employees in the formation of the preliminary investigation system of the recent reforms are an object of scientific research. special attention is paid to qualitative learning.
