THE ESSENCE AND IMPORTANCE OF CRIME PREVENTION MEASURES IN PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATIONS

This article analyzes the crime prevention activities of investigative bodies based on the views of experts in the field. It examines the concept, content, and essence of these activities, as well as the regulatory legal framework governing crime prevention by investigative bodies. Special attention is given to the issue of crime prevention conducted by investigative authorities. The conclusion highlights that establishing a new mechanism for crime prevention activities and effectively planning them plays a crucial role in the early prevention of crimes.
