Abstract

There is a growing demand for female employees in the republic today, as well as their interest in sports. A special place in the professional training of boys and girls cadets of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is given to physical training. Therefore, “The education system at the Academy will be focused on targeted professional training, and the priority will be the implementation of combat and physical training, starting from the 1st year, in an in-depth state.” This article provides a scientific justification for the fact that the physical training of female cadets is developing with the help of means and methods of crossfit, which is currently one of the new sports that meet modern requirements.
