Pericoronaritis, or pericoronitis, is an inflammatory disease that spreads to the tissues around a teething tooth. The mechanism of inflammation development is that the tooth overcomes a lot of obstacles during eruption: bone tissue, periosteum, soft tissues. With difficult and prolonged eruption, a kind of hood is formed over the tooth, under which pathogenic bacteria and food residues fall. As a result, an inflammatory process develops.

In the development of structural changes in teeth, the level of calcium in the blood is of great importance, which is controlled by parathyroid hormone and thyroid calcitonin, dysfunction and imbalance of which can cause irreversible, severe consequences for the body.

Recently, the assessment of the role of the functional component in the development of urinary disorders such as stress urinary incontinence combined with urge incontinence in the form of overactive bladder has become especially relevant.

Политравма отличается высокой летальностью, особой тяжестью клинических проявлений, сопровождается значительными нарушениями жизненно важных функций организма, нередко, трудностью диагностики и сложностью лечения[1, 2, 4].

The article describes the analysis of the causes of massive obstetric hemorrhage, treatment features, possible errors made by conservative and surgical treatment. The main causes of massive obstetric hemorrhage were postpartum atony of the uterus, detachment of a normally located placenta and placenta previa. The amount of lost blood averaged 2,410.45 ± 520.55 ml. Mistakes made during the clinical examination, surgical, conservative treatment and organizational issues led to 5 cases of maternal mortality and a deterioration in the quality of life of a woman in the study group.

The article describes the analysis of the causes of massive obstetric bleeding, treatment features, possible errors in conservative and surgical treatment in a retrospective group of patients studied at the regional perinatal center in the city of Urgench, Khorezm region in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Currently, in Khorezm, every second woman is aged 40 years and older, life expectancy women on average is 72 years. The increase in life expectancy has led to the fact that the modern woman spends almost 1/3 of his life in the period of menopause. With changes in the age structure of the population, diseases of women of transitional age occupy a special place. Wherein one of the main problems of this period is menstrual dysfunction, clinically manifested acyclic uterine bleeding, oligomenorrhea, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, or polymenorrhea.

Nurses are considered as one of the members of family physician teams, therefore it is important to explain the role of nurses in it. The aim of study was to determination of nurses' roles in the family physician team. This article provides information on the importance of nurses in family medicine.

The article presents a modern approach to rehabilitation in 560 patients and disabled people with pathologies of the knee joint, who underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation course during 2016-2020, at the National Center for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics for Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Out of 560 patients, 156 patients and disabled patients were operated on for total knee arthroplasty, 204 patients underwent arthroscopy of the knee joint, the rest of the patients underwent conservative treatment of physiotherapy using plasmolifting (PRP, Plateletrichplasma).  On the basis of a prospective study, as well as the conclusion of a medical and labor examination, a comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation after knee arthroplasty, depending on the dynamics of disability, was carried out.

Calcium deficiency is widespread in children of various age groups, which is primarily due to insufficient intake of calcium from food, high demand due to rapid growth and accumulation of bone mass, as well as a wide range of genetically determined, congenital or acquired diseases of organs and systems, accompanied by a violation of mineral metabolism and the development of secondary calcification . The article presents generalized data on the biological role and functions of calcium in the body of a child, discusses the physiology of calcium metabolism, as well as the main exogenous and endogenous causes of calcification and clinical symptoms of the early stages of a deficient state. In view of the widespread prevalence of calcium deficiency, the probable outcomes of this condition are presented depending on the age of the child.

Spina bifida is a defect in the development of the neural tube, which is a cleavage of the spinal canal and is one of the most common congenital malformations of the fetus. Worldwide, the incidence of fetal neural tube defects ranges from 0.17 to 6.39 per 1000 newborns. This article describes the methods of early diagnosis of fetal neural tube development disorders in early pregnancy and the results of studies of pregnant women of different pregnancy periods. According to the static data, the conclusions of the research work are made.

Тенденция роста респираторной патологии у детей, высокий риск рецидивирования обструктивных бронхитов и возможность реализации бронхиальной астмы определяют актуальность изучения факторов и механизмов формирования обструктивного бронхита у детей. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о высокой значимости применения современных методов диагностики бронхообструктивного синдрома у часто болеющих детей, что подтверждает обоснованность использования этих тестов для прогнозирования течения, исхода заболевания и решение вопроса о необходимость  коррекции лечения больного. Проведенное исследование выявило высокую клиническую эффективность полиоксидония в лечении и профилактике повторных бронхиальных обструкций при остром обструктивном бронхите у часто болеющих детей, что позволяет рекомендовать данным метод в практическое здравоохранение.

279 patients who applied with the diagnosis of ischemic heart disease, unstable tension angina, and ventricular fibrillation were taken as the material of the scientific research in the emergency cardiology department of the Khorezm regional branch of the Republican Emergency Medical Research Center. Sudden coronary death is the most common death in people with chronic cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
