Abstract

Maqolada funksional oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining inson salomatligini saqlash va mustahkamlashdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Funksional mahsulotlarning tarkibi, ularning organizmga foydali ta’siri, bolalar ovqatlanishidagi ahamiyati hamda O‘zbekistonda ushbu yo‘nalishni rivojlantirish istiqbollari tahlil qilingan. Funksional ovqatlanishning zamonaviy jamiyatdagi dolzarbligi va sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirishdagi o‘rni ko‘rsatib berilgan.
