Abstract
Mazkur maqolada ta’lim muassasalarida innovatsion boshqaruvning mohiyati, uning pedagogik samaradorlikka ta’siri hamda ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi ahamiyati ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Innovatsion boshqaruvning zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar, raqamli ta’lim vositalari va sifat menejmenti tizimi bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, innovatsion boshqaruvni joriy etish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan muammolar va ularni bartaraf etishning samarali yo‘llari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim muassasalarida pedagogik samaradorlikni oshirish va boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
