The endometrium is a unique structure of the female body designed for reproductive function. Full maturity of the endometrium, its receptivity, and the ability to engage in adequate "communication" with the product of fertilization is the key to the successful initiation of pregnancy and pregnancy. According to local and foreign authors, the prevalence of infertility reaches 10-15%, in some regions of Russia - 20%, and the frequency of spontaneous abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy remains at 16%.
