THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS STUDIES IN JAPAN

In this article was studied the reasons why the Asian approach to the theory of international relations is more visible have been studied by political scientists. This work was analyzed by using methods that are systematical, historical, content-analysis and objectivity. In result, it was obtained that Japan had its own approaches to international relations and Japanese scientists created their own theoretical constructions on the basis of concepts brought from abroad. At the initial stage of studying international relations in Japan, it is possible to highlight the importance of social and cultural aspects of international relations, the multi-layered nature of the world order and its role.
