This article analyzes the interrelations of state and society relations, socio-political processes within the framework of the criteria of institutionalization of the example of modern Uzbekistan. The democratic principles of the updated Constitution (people's power, rule of law, human rights) and their role in ensuring economic growth and political stability are revealed.
