This article analyzes several important aspects of ensuring road traffic safety. It examines the main causes of road traffic accidents, their consequences, and preventive measures. Special attention is also given to forming a safety culture among drivers and pedestrians, improving legislation, and applying modern information and technical tools (intelligent transport systems, video surveillance, digital platforms). The article develops practical methods and proposals for improving road traffic safety in the context of Uzbekistan.
