Maqolada Oʻzbekistonda nikoh shartnomasi institutining huquqiy tabiati va uning jamiyat huquqiy madaniyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasi va sud-notarial statistikasi asosida sohadagi huquqiy nigilizm muammolari aniqlangan. Yakunda qonunchilikni takomillashtirish, e-notarius.uz tizimida raqamli shartnomalarni joriy etish va huquqiy targʻibotni kuchaytirish boʻyicha aniq takliflar berilgan.
