Ushbu maqolada ko‘chmas mulkka investitsiya qilishning asosiy turlari, ularning iqtisodiy mohiyati hamda zamonaviy bozor sharoitidagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Turar-joy va tijorat ko‘chmas mulklari, yer uchastkalari hamda investitsiya strategiyalari asosida daromad olish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mazkur sohada yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan risklar va ularni boshqarish usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ko‘chmas mulk investitsiyalarining barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashdagi ahamiyatini ko‘rsatadi.
