Abstract

This article provides a scientific analysis of the relationships between perpetrators and victims in cases of premeditated murder, as well as the demographic characteristics of the victims. The results of the analysis show that victims are primarily socially active individuals aged 25-54, and most crimes occur within the framework of pre-existing social connections between the perpetrator and victim. Marital relationships, conflicts between close relatives and friends, as well as domestic violence and economic disputes are cited as the main causes of these crimes. The article highlights the importance of a victimological approach in preventing premeditated murders and the need to improve protection mechanisms for high-risk groups.
