Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of digital technologies—such as CRM systems, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)—on management efficiency in the tourism sector. It demonstrates that the adoption of digital tools significantly enhances the speed and accuracy of decision-making and improves the overall utilization of resources.
