Abstract

This article examines the problems of improving the quality of services and ensuring efficiency through innovation. The article shows how to increase competitiveness in the service sector through sustainable development, digitalization and technology. It also analyzes how economic growth and social development are related to innovative technologies. New strategies and digital transformation processes help to ensure the quality of services is sustainable and efficient.
